Goody's Back & Body Pain

Goody's is a great product. This Back & Body does NOT have caffeine & I like that because you can take it before bed. No, it doesn't taste good, it's just like chewing an aspirin but it works quickly and that is what we all want. There is one caution: PLEASE take this with some food if you have not eaten in a while. I only forgot once, and it made me queasy. On a helpful note: Keep in mind how to take this medication. My sister pours it in a spoon filled with water and washes it down with a glass of water. I pour it right out of the package under my tongue, then put your tongue down holding it in place, DO NOT BREATHE IN, then swish a mouthful of warm water around dissolving the powder and washing it down with warm water. (It dissolves better/quicker with warm water.) I know of people that put it in water and drink, but I've found half the powder stays in the glass, so I don't do it that way. I want ALL the product to go IN me. Otherwise, as with all Goody's powders we've taken .... they are excellent!

I was surprised at the difference in my body once I started taking Goody’s Back and Body Pain Relief powder. I was so achy that I used to spend Saturday’s in bed. Ibuprofen and naproxen only helped a little. Now, I’m back on my bike. The more I move the better I feel and Goody’s helps me get started. Here’s a tip if you don’t like the powdery feel. Hold a sip of water in your mouth and tip your head back. Pour the powder in the water then take another big sip of water and swallow. Be sure to have the packet open before you start and enough water for drinking.

A coworker told me about Goody's, and now I will use nothing else. It doesn't tase great, (hence the 4 star review), but it works so fast that I can overlook the bitter taste.

Totally not good for you—my doctor gave me the side-eye and said, “Stop taking these!”—but when your back feels like it’s auditioning for a horror movie, these little packets do the trick. It’s like bribing your body with a tiny powder to behave for a few hours. Worth every penny, and I’ll happily live on the edge… until my next doctor visit.

I like these because they get me the relief I need without the caffeine. Caffeine is good too on occasion (Goody's Extra Strength) but these are easier on my stomach.

Items are great. Delivery sucked. I have a covered porch and pkg was left on ground a bottom of steps in the rain. The only thing holding the box together ( barely) was the tape.
