Can't use it. My daughter is a petit 4 year old and now out of her toddler car seat. I bought this for longer journeys. When placed around her neck she has to sit with her head pushed forward over her lap.so she takes it straight off. It's too padded at the back for small kids. She likes it and hugs it like a teddy but not much use as a child neck support.

Really cute and good quality for the price!! Fabulous design, my son is very happy to travel with this. It's nice and soft and fits her perfectly (she's 6 but I've tried it on too and could use this comfortably if it weren't for the funny looks I'd get, so I'd recommend for ages 5/6 and upwards). It is a bit bulky but there is a label on it that you could use to thread a ribbon or sturdy band through and attach to hand luggage.

Finally my son have his own travel pillow, very comfortable but not expensive. We travelling a lot of and and for him is more comfortable to sleep in car now. Recommended
