Easy to handle

Easy to use, can fine chop if u persevere
This is my third. This one while new , u will have to chop ur vege into smaller pieces to boost efficiency. Otherwse the vege gets stuck on the blade and doesn't chop up. Don't pull hard if it resists toouch. The elastic can break

Worked as expected for 10 months
Dec-2022: It stopped working after 10 months. The string broke twice within this 10 months and i replaced it twice as well with the help of youtube videos... So dont expect too much... But during its working state, it was a great product.Feb-2022: Initially I rated it with 1 star and added the below comment (in quotes).Now, I would like to give it 5 stars. Because, as I doubted earlier, the way it was used was wrong. After a month long testing, I found that we should fill items till just above the topmost blade. Only then it will work as expected. Dont fill the tumbler full. Max fill only 75% or just above the topmost blade.With this approach, I am now successfully chopping Coconut, garlic, almost all vegetables.Also, the very first pull of the string should be done with bit force, for the blades to rotate between the items. Then automatically the subsequent pulls will be easier.So far so good with the product.#### Old Review - "I tried to chop ginger and garlic. Sadly nothing happened to it. So, i tried with garlic alone. Still no luck.Either i am doing something wrong, or this product is not designed for these. Attached is the video of what I did.Hope someone will respond on what to do."
