Bought as a a gift for my son but when he opened it there was a letter missing. As it was out of the Amazon return window by this point I emailed the company directly to see if they could help. Got a reply straight away and a full set replacement sent out within a day! Very nice email too. 😊The product itself is great for my 3 year old, some pieces a bit small for young ones who still put things in their mouths. Colours are bright, get both upper and lowercase letters plus 2 sets of numbers 0-9. Magnets are strong enough for purpose and I am happy with the quality and price.

So cute and colourful, with a good size of letters, numbers and really good magnets making them stay in place. They also do not have unpleasant smell of plastic.My kids have lots of fun with leaving little massages on the fridge for me and it is helping my son with correcting spelling mistakes.Some of the letters and numbers are missing but my son loves to play with it.I hope you will like my review, if you found it useful please hit ‘Helpful’. it will make my day:)XX

These are great for helping children to learn their letters and numbers.A good mix of lower case and upper case lettering!There were some tiny letters in my pack, which I’m not sure if they’re a miss print or what but they’re fun and cute!The magnetic aspect is great and it helps children to manipulate the numbers/ letters without loosing them.Great for improving fine motor skills too as they manipulate the numbers and letters.Also come with addition and subtraction and equals signs too!!

Bought this for my 1 year old grandchild Christmas present. It acts as a playful and educational toy. Very good for young children

Good magnetic and material with cute pattern and just the right size for toddler to grab. Howeve; it came with missing letters in a brand new box. Opened it to arrange for my 2 year old and learned the numbers are duplicated and missing a '9' and the alphabet is missing a 'E' and and small 'y'.

The item in question was very good for teaching my child how to spell and read

I’m using this product to help my 5 year old grandson to learn words and phonics. In general I’m pleased with the product however I would have preferred more lower case and not necessarily any numbers. For example only one ‘o’. I intend to supplement this by cutting out craft foam and using magnetic tape.

This was a Christmas gift for my Nephew with cerebal palay. The thickness is good as easier to pick up.

Good size for small hands and like that it's foam as opposed to laminates being used. Magnet was strong enough for toddler to remove from the fridge door. However, the magnets showed signs of usage before. Foam magnets had black marks on them like it was trampled on. I had to clean every single one of them as toddler will place item in his mouth. There was no plastic seal covering the box as well. Bought the 52 figure series (see attached image) which came a few days later and it came with plastic seal hence confirming that previous received was a used product.

These came very quickly and are fun patterns and colours. Only complaint is I wish they were a little bigger as my son loves to put them in his mouth and could b a choking hazard. We have since put them away until he is a little older.

I purchased these magnets for my 6 year old son who has been struggling with his spelling at school. I found that his biggest downfall was that writing on a plain piece paper was no longer grasping his attention. I thought if he could spell out his words on the fridge, he might become excited again. It worked!! Not only is he excelling at his spelling, but I often find him at the fridge practicing on his own, which had never happened before. The letters and numbers are of excellent quality. I was concerned that there were smaller round magnets on the back, and that I'd have to pay really close attention to my youngest child, and ensure they weren't ingested. HOWEVER the entire letter is cut out from the magnet, so there are no small pieces to worry about. All in all, an excellent product, and an excellent buy. I definitely recommend!

UPDATE: I was contacted by the company, and they have offered me a refund. I'd say that the customer service has been great to deal with!I thought I was purchasing letters and numbers .... but only letters and figures are in my box. While the quality looks great and the designs fun, hopefully I can use this with my class.
