Awesome comfort
I have diabetic neuropathy and these socks are the best that I have tried. I've purchased many other types of socks that say they are designed for diabetic pain, and some were pretty comfortable. I had purchased 2 pair of the DRC about 6 years ago and loved them. I could not find them after that. They are difficult to find. They are expensive (actually very expensive) for a pair of socks. I must admit though that the seamless design, how long the last, and the relief from wearing them almost makes up for the cost of around $10 a pair. When I get in my sock drawer these are the ones I look for and say darnit wish these things more more affordable. If you suffer from foot pain though...they are great!

Not the sock shown in photo!
This is a great sock and I've purchased it before. BUT what you are getting is not the short crew - which I really like and thought I was getting in this Amazon sale - in the photo. This has no cuff at all. Kind of false advertising. Therefore, 2 stars.

Hurt, Hurt, Hurt and Definitely NOT Cotton
These socks caused my feet to swell and hurt. Btw: Bamboo charcoal is NOT a derivative of cotton as Ricardo Unzueta (Manufacturer) stated in an answer to a question. Bamboo Charcoal is obtained from fragments of a bamboo botanical that is collected after it has grown for five years or more.

Not comfortable, poor workmanship!
My foot doctor recommended Dr. Comfort to me.My feet just sweated continually when I had these onmy feet. They were too heavy for the summer. The stretchy material pulled at my toes and thatribbed material around the arch of my foot droveme nuts. Not worth the price at all. Plus theworkmanship on the inside of these socks is justshameful.Fringes of thread left by the machine orhowever the company manufactured these socks.

Will wear them frequently.
Very well fitting socks. I will wear them frequently. They fit snugly but not tight, and are not too thick. If you are looking for loose-fitting diabetic socks, these are not for you.Update: I love these socks so much they are all I ever wear anymore. I have thrown away all my other socks. I will be ordering the crew version for this winter.

Great Product.
I had to return these but not due to the quality of the sock. My legs swell and this left a slight indentation in my leg. I love the Dr. Comfort products and would have kept these had it not ben for that. Fast service, great returning without problems. I do not have diabetes, just thin skin and swelling. These are made of good quality and so soft. I recommend if you can wear this style.

tight around ankles-leaves marks- expensive for a pair- not a diabetic socks!
For the price of this expensive diabetic socks as it claimed -it leaves marks on my ankles- and is only one pair!Dr, Scholl's is a better pair of socks and come in couple of pairs. I wore them at work and mostly on my feet -walking inhospital and leaves no marks!

Good socks, not as durable as I'd like
Good socks, not as durable as I'd like, already tossed a pair due to a hole in the heel. They are comfy, no sock lines around the ankle like some other brands. Love these compared to Dr Scholls, those are no longer in use since I got these.
