Grow Generation-EHP204 Elemental Solutions H2O Pump, 97 GPH

Perfect! This pump has the power to push water up about 2 1/2’ and doesn’t burn out easily. I have it encased in a 4” pvc pipe with multiple screens at the bottom. My chameleon drinks fresh running water daily and her orchids are beautiful.

This pump broke the first day. I had built a small waterfall in my Mantella frog vivarium, and once installed, even at the lowest setting, the current was way too strong. I had unplugged it, to make sure the setting was as low as it could go, and then plugged it back in, and nothing. It died after 1 try. I ended up going to Lowes, and purchasing their smallest pump (usually used for fountains, etc.) , and that has never failed. Going strong for months, and has a nice low trickle.

Best pump on the market for vivariums!!! I use one in all 5 of my dart frog enclosures. They are very reliable and run quietly. The adjustable flow is perfect for many waterfall or stream designs.

Using in a frog habitat to create waterfall. Works well for that purpose.

Had the pump a little under a week. Works great so far and I got the look I was going for. But the info on tubing size couldn’t be more wrong. It said 1/2” OD. The tubing needed is 5/8” tubing. There wasn’t any adapter piece either like it said there would be. Aside for that mix up it works awesome
