Takes a little getting use to . I would suggest leaving the egg in the egg box or standing it in an eggcup while using this gadget

It works, with practice.
Egg shells can vary in thickness, so can be messy.Tip: Hold the egg in your hand in use. In an egg cup the force can crack the whole egg.Works well for boiled eggs.

Sorry, this just doesn't work properly, leaves bits of shell everywhere, uneven and a bit useless.

Brilliant gadget
We found it brilliant as long as you support it on your egg and lift the weight quite high and then let go,it slices around the egg and makes it so easy to take the top off.

Curieusement efficace
Je doutais... Sur quel principe est basé ce petit appareil qui prétend faire une coupe nette en haut d'un oeuf ?Eh bien ça marche ! Oh la coupe n'est pas toujours aussi nette que sur les images de présentation, mais il faut sans doute un petit coup de main : bien positionner l'appareil sur l'oeuf et faire rebondir la tête plusieurs fois d'affilée pour que la coupe soit franche... En tout cas, ça a bien fait rigoler mon épouse, qui appelle ce truc "mon nouveau jouet" !... Etonnant !
