This medication is absolutely perfect! Everyone probably wishes that they can be more focused and relaxed for longer periods of time and this is what this medication offers. I bought these not just because it contains ingredients I'm looking for, but because previous reviews said these were small and didn't have a smell to them. That's either very false or theyve changed the formulation since that was written. These are as long as a US quarter (maybe a tiny bit longer) and as big or bigger around than a standard pencil. They have a strong smell to them. It kind of remind me of poultry seasoning and Italian blend seasoning combined. It's not the worst supplement I've ever smelled, but it is not pleasant in my opinion.I can't take this supplement. The pills are far too large for me to swallow even if the smell didn't make me nauseous. Very disappointed.

I have mild anxiety and don't want to use a prescription medication. I thought I would try this and I'm glad I did. The first time I took it I didn't notice much of a difference.
