Really difficult to assemble
I rarely write Amazon reviews but I had to post feedback about these. I am a hobbyist board game maker and the concept of these is great, but they're poorly made. In particular, they do not snap together easily. In fact, it's seriously difficult. Some do fit together with a lot of effort, but some simply don't fit together at all. It was a total crap shoot to find vertical pieces that fit into which bases, etc. Because it's so hard to get them together (takes quite a bit of force, wiggling, etc) I ended up breaking 4 out of the 10 I got and today my fingers are sore from having to mash together sharp pieces of plastic. I REALLY wanted these to work because they'd be great for many of my games, but don't waste your money here. I'm returning them.

Not the easiest to use
So I bought these to use in a homemade game I made for my kids for Halloween. I thought these would be perfect for the cardstock characters.Pros: Nice looking, perfectly clear so you can see the whole card/character.Cons: a) you have to put them together, and that is not easy. I'm pretty good at this stuff, and I snapped two stands trying to put them together. A third just snapped when one of my kids (granted he's five, but still) was trying to switch the cardstock characters. b) the two panels that you snap into the base either press so hard together that you can't hardly get a the cardstock in, or they are far enough apart that the cardstock slips/falls out constantly. My biggest beef was the breakage.I'm sad, because I really thought they would work well. Maybe for some people they do. Maybe these are meant more for DISPLAY (like on a shelf, displaying football cards or something), and not for actual game playing. But be aware, you're going to have to buy extra to make up for the pieces you break just putting the panels in the base.I am going to have to buy some replacements, and I'm going to go with a different kind.

The gap was too large.
I bought this on the fly for my groups first ever in person game. The pieces I thought I'd be able to slip in the image of the tokens I needed to insert, but alas, the gap to fill required me to cut cardboard. This cardboard had to go down into the base to apply enough pressure to lock them in. BUT this caused me to have to tape the top pieces to hold it from splitting apart and ejecting everything. I guess I was able to make it work, luckily without breaking any pieces, however, if I could do this again, I would not choose this brand.

Cheap. But it's what they are
These are cheap. But what was I expecting. I broke 5 of the 10 trying to put them together. But that's what super glue is for.. with care taken I can see these being a useful tool for any starting DM(Honest DM review)

Great for those on a budget
These are great for budget players, but some of the pieces are very loose, and without a piece of tape to hold them together, they tend to fall apart when moved. Overall though not bad for the money, they work great for D&D sessions.

Misleading photos don’t show ridiculous angle and loose fit
Misleading photos don’t show the angle / loose fit. I realized item needed assembly, but did not realize the plastic would stand at a 15 to 30 degree angle, depending on the variable fit of the loosely fitting pieces. I expected the panels to friction fit, as advertised, but the stubs loosely fit in the holes. You need 8-10 sheets of 178g card stock to fit snuggly at bottom, but top is still spread by 3/4 inch!!!

Glue definitely required
The description has since been updated but when I purchased these it specifically stated in the description "no glue required." Honestly, I'm really disappointed in these, they are non functional and only barely useful when glued together. I do not recommend buying
