Bought this because of prescription medicine-related swelling of feet and ankles. Very comfortable, easily adjustable (I find swelling changes during the day) and would recommend.One specific issue that may only effect a small number of people: following aortic and iliac aneurysm issues I am pretty numb in most of me toes. Meaning I can't really feel pushing my feet into the slippers - particularly in the dark.Because the tongue of the slippers is (and has to be) fairly loose, I found I was sometimes pushing the tongue into the toe of the slippers - making it tight fitting - or sliding my foot over the tongue.Both problems easily avoided if you hang on to the tongue while putting on your feet. Not a reason NOT to buy, but hope that's useful for some.

Only downside is the toe area was a bit narrow for my dad who has swollen feet otherwise they would have been perfect

After 2 months use the material at the top of one of the slippers is worn away. I think when opening the slipper the Velcro fastening have attached to the material and and material is pulled away when opening the slippers. In my opinion a studier material should be used. I see no one else has complained about this so maybe I am unlucky. Fit and comfort are extremely good.

Got these for my dad who can't walk or bend well. Easy to put on, nice and wide and fasten without causing discomfort. Very soft and comfy.
