First of all, the product should be checked whether it is damaged or not
It's a useless product it doesn't work all the liquid has solidified the machine is in a mess and all the money is gone. I wonder how a reputable company manufactures and delivers such a disgusting product. After two months of using it, I cut the face and saw that it was completely frozen. How did the company sell such a spoiled product? It is a zero rating product

Old stock product
Applicator rod rusty. Bad nickel polishing. Though I bought costly one (Rs. 460/-). Applicator price Rs. 179/- & Dr. Dixit Silicon MRP Rs. 200/- by other sellers. Will not recommend this seller.
