I used the low voltage mounting brackets https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003JQL0S8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_6a in conjunction with these which cause a slight bit of interference to the cable run due to the mounting screws but not so much that it negates their benefits. Once installed these provide a nice clean install for all your cables. The first guests to see them commented on the good looks.
