We remember the days when we could recall everything that we read or seen. Now that we are growing older somethings are not readily accessible in my memory bank. We know the information is there that's why we decided to purchase this book to help improve and maintain or memory. It's a very easy read and the memory drills are fun. Our children has also benefited from reading this book also even though they have exceptional memory.

This book provides a good summary of all the main strategies for improving your memory and enhancing all kinds of recall.

concise, practical, usedul book.

This is one of the most beautiful books I've ever seen for the price: every page is in full colour, there are photos; drawings; tables explaining ideas and concepts; and much more. It's a work of art. And the content is excellent: very well written, succinct and to the point; very practical tips; loads of great examples; brief case studies of individuals with memory issues and how they resolved them; fully indexed; and on and on! This book is ideal for a teenager or an adult and an essential purchase at this bargain price. I even tracked down the author's site which is at davidthomas.tv -- well worth a look too!

A book that gives you techniques to remember more most of them are what we already do. But I think it needs reading more than once to fix the techniques in your mind.

Fascinating, can't wait to try out some of the techniques. The book is very readable, clear and informative.It is not too long but packed with information.

I found it useful and interesting. It's only a dabble into the subject, but it makes you realised what's possible.
