I purchased these bands based on the reviews and price but 6 months in and the red band has snapped despite boasting an anti snap feature, which appealed to me when buying. I use these a few times a week and for regular resistance training so did not expect this to happen. I have tried to contact the seller direct to seek a replacement of the single red band but cannot see an option to do this. Maybe this is one of the main benefits to buying actual weights rather than these bands if you have the space.

These are much more stretchy than other bands I've bought from Amazon. This is a big deal, because it means that for any given exercise, there is tension throughout the repetition. This equates to much better muscle growth. I like the fact that they are relatively short; really long bands can be a pain when you have the ends swinging about mid exercise (keep this in mind though; there are a few exercises you might want to do, but which cannot be accommodated). I'm going buy another set for a home I visit a lot. V pleased with this purchase, especially at the price.

My personal fitness is of great importance to me after receiving a double organ transplant just over 5 years ago. I need to look after my cherished gift of a kidney and pancreas not only for my own health's sake but also in honour of my organ donor and her family/friends.I have built my gym up over the years and like to give myself as much variation as I can across my exercise routines/workouts. I had never used such bands as these until I joined a friend at a couple of her classes focusing on myofascial release and overall posture and balance. Trust me after 27 years of type 1 diabetes (pre-transplant) and feeling nothing from the knee down, my balance is pretty non-existent!! These bands are amazing and are offering me so much additional variation to my workouts. Lol, I even sneak them under my desk in work and exercise my legs using the ankle wraps if I know I'm going to be sat at my desk for a while! My legs are starting to feel stronger and my balance is slowly improving when using these bands to carry out the exercises I was taught whilst in the myofascial classes.Great product, well packaged and super-speedy delivery. They are of great quality with plenty of variations available with regards to the amount of resistance that you wish to use. The door jam holder is perfect as it means no need to drill holes in walls and also when they are not being used I just leave them hanging behind the door!The email I received from Steven at FlyingEleph the seller this morning was a lovely additional touch, offering product tutorial videos to help improve the quality of your workout. Lets face it how often do you receive a follow-up email from your Amazon seller offer customer support and assistance? Loving this set. So versatile & reasonably priced. I hope it lasts.

Used over a week and does the job. Seams a good quality product, because muscles do ache after use. The chart is good, but it is hard to see the smaller images. An electronic version would be good so I could zoom in. There is some confusion with registration, that my code didn’t work (was outdated) and initially couldn’t find where you would go to get registered or where the videos are. They are responsive though, and after a few messages back and forward, things have become clearer. For the money and their responses, I definitely recommend.

These resistance bands are really good quality and feel like they would last a long time. Fittings are brilliant, they have 4 handles, 2 ankle straps and the door fixing. Fully recommended 👌

This product looks well made and has versatility to allow progressive overload. Having 2 sets of handles makes using varying loads easy to switch between to some extent. Occasionally I find the length a bit too long, e.g. pull downs from a doorway pullup bar.

Love it so far, so handy to have and so easy to store away! They take up little to no room at all. The only thing I’m nervous about is sometimes it feels like it’s gonna snap off the handle any second - it hasn’t, so perhaps that’s paranoia on my behalf.
