This little thing is super cute. I had a ceramic garlic keeper and the lid kept chipping off where it sat on the top. I had it for years though.This is soooo cute. I fit 2 garlic bulbs in it but they are fairly small. Plus a few errant cloves. Not a huge room for big garlic bulbs but it fits what I buy. Really cute and it's easy to twist the top on/off. I like having it on my counter by my stove top. My garlic may keep longer now. Long live garlic. I live in central Florida so things can get rank with humidity. I hope this helps.Did I say cute? Lol. Keeps garlic fresh.

I have had garlic and ginger going bad lately and realized I needed some storage for them. I did a lot of browsing around here on amazon. There are a ton of like terra cotta type storage pieces for garlic/ginger. Which, I suppose, is the standard. But I chose to go with this one because it looked lighter and sturdier. I am glad I did because it is indeed super light. And because it's plastic, I don't really have to worry about it getting knocked down by my cats! The garlic and ginger I put in there has lasted weeks now, which is a massive improvement. I would say you can only fit about 1 head of garlic and 1 piece of ginger root in it. If you are looking for something that can fit multiple heads of garlic, you'd want to look somewhere else.

Love how easily this stores heads of garlic. Big enough for 2 if needed. Sometimes it is a little tight to get it open otherwise I would have rated 5 stars
