Fucoidan is good for boosting immune system.

It's hard to know for certain if this is helping my immune system or not. I also use echincea, Vit. C, zinc lozenges, berry powder, Black Raspberry extract & Sambucus/Elderberry extract. I usually get a sinus infection every winter...but not with this group of antioxidants! The berry powder and extracts I put in a glass of sparkling mineral water with a little chocolate syrup. Makes a yummy drink and is good for me. As long as I can prevent an annual infection, I'll continue with this same combination -- some capsules, some extracts--some taken as pills, some in a drink.. I do know this much...it sure isn't hurting me!

I always complain about fatigue when i start this pills I feel I wanna do more work and I feel energized

I seem to be noticing an overall boost in my energy levels and definitely no side effects. I guess the main thing is that I am looking to improve my immunity and cellular resiliency, so that may be something I notice in time. I am still working from home, but my youngest is now back in school in person, so hoping to help my body fight off any unwelcome guests that come with elementary school kids!
