Outstanding Product!
I've been using this product for about 7 years now and it still amazes me. My neighbors thought I was crazy not paying someone to power wash the house because of all the mold on it (we just bought the house). A couple of weeks after I sprayed it, it looked like a new paint job. Now I have neighbors asking me where I got Wet & Forget.

Vague descriptions of size
Be very careful when ordering this product. There are 2 sizes 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon and some product descriptions seem to conveniently omit this info. Also the prices in the product description changed when put in my cart. This is a good product and works well. When Costco stocks this product in the spring it is 39.99 for 2 gallons. I just paid $80 dollars including shipping and tax for 1 gallon. OUCH. It is a relatively new product and hopefully market forces will drive the price down to a reasonable level. Again be very careful about the sizes.

Used it on my vinyl fence and the mold was gone after a few days. Great product

good news and bad news
It worked great when sprayed on siding and cement. It did nothing when sprayed on roof. Moss is just as bad as before. Very disappointed as moss was not that heavy and now it will get worse.

Forget wet and forget
After two months, The moss is brown and just as ugly as the green. Now I'm using a wire brush on steps and stones.It might work in Florida, but not in the Pacific Northwest!

I'm lichen it!
I had lichen on my porch roof that is in the shade of pine trees. Lichen will lift the stones right out of your shingles.You don't need much as it is used very diluted. I applied 1x with a garden sprayer (I wore a respirator to be safe - it really stinks the first day). Worked very effectively.
