The parts looked like quality parts but wasn’t for rv tankless water heater so I sent them back with their authorization letter. That was almost a month ago I contacted them about my refund and they emailed me back saying they would investigate it and I haven’t heard a word from them so far needless to say I won’t recommend them. Well it’s been a couple more weeks and finally received word they would refund my money. The parts looked like quality parts so I’d just say make sure of your order and you’ll be fine.

I've installed 3 tankless water heaters and this kit was the most complete and easiest to use. Solid materials, everything needed for a tankless install (I installed an outdoor Rinnai unit), and no leaks. I really like the unions with rubber gaskets so it's easy to re-tighten if needed. Very nice kit. Highly recommend.

Had a minor problem but with great customer service it was resolved quickly and easily. I got this for my new watee heater and it works perfectly!

Well made, includes everything you need. If you are installing a tankless you need this kit.
