just saying it was heavier than expected 120 # difficult to assembly and instructions were vague. parts missing and broken. still waiting for the support for the basket, I have it running and I am happy with what I have so far but it is still incomplete. it came in one huge carton which I had to get from my front porch all the way back to my garage, I needed help doing that but help was not available, so I used my two wheel dolly and took it piece by piece, Getting the base unit attached to the fork unit was difficult also

Works great but really fast

this scooter was terrible right out of the box, it would not even roll, front brake caliper was locked up had to take it apart and fix it right, the brake pads were rubbing rotor. then i put the rear plastic fender and it was so crooked and to try to get it straight i had to keep bending the fender brackets and the the fender is still not straight i got it the best i could. then after a few rides there was a humming sound coming from down by the batteries. i put it up on a stand with the back wheel off the ground then i took the battery cover off and moved some of the wires with it running and the sound would go away and then move them some more and the sound was back. i contacted bigtoysusa and took it to the service center in my area and was told it was the controller is bad that was october 6 2018 and here it is april 17 2019 and they keep telling me that it is still on backorder. they only give you a 30 warranty with this scooter (what a hoot). now here it is the middle of april and still no scooter. the only reason i am giving it a one star rating is because it was fun to ride when it was running!
