I started taking this a couple of weeks before my period, & did not have my usual PMS symptoms! I had no cramping & was not as irritable as I usually am! Thank you Dr. Berg! I am a true believer in his supplements, as they have greatly improved my health & well being.

I have been using this product for 8 months and I can really see results. I have always had severe menstrual cramping and have also had ovarian cysts in the past. So I was looking for a product to assist my ovaries and cramping. The cramping is bareable and I can still b up and about my duties without pms controlling me.I also told my friends about it and 4 of them are using it and they can hardly believe how it's helping them!!!!!!

This supplement made my Hot Flashes worse. They were very mild until I started taking this supplement.

Dr. Berg recommended me to take these products Ovary Support Formula -at 3 before bed, and 1 Cortisol Support before bed for hot flash, too bad it doesn't do a thing
