It works
I bought this to connect a DAC to my smartphone. It works fine and supports simultaneous power and data so it can charge the DAC while music is playing. The cable is a bit stiff but it feels sturdy and the plugs are nice and tight.

Perfect for connecting a USB-C equipped device to a piece of equipment with only USB mini
I have a piece of electronic equipment in my truck, which I use for work every day, however, it occasionally needs to be programmed or updated, and it has a mini USB versus a micro USB. The lightest weight computer that I have is a surface device with USB-C ports, and this is what I use to update that piece of equipment. This cable is better than what I was doing before which was getting a USB-C to USB adapter and then a USB to USB mini cable. This way I can keep one cable in my glove box rather than a cable plus an adapter. And it also seems to communicate faster, but that may just be my perception rather than reality .

It works great for what I needed.The cable they sent me is around 20 inches long, not one of the listed lengths.

Wouldn't charge or xfer data between my Garmin Drive 52 and MacBook Pro
Bought this hoping to be able to connect a Garmin Drive 52 GPS to my MacBook Pro for map updates. The cable would power the GPS from the laptop, but would not charge it. And my computer never would register the device as connected with this cable. Completely useless for what I needed it for.

Works great for octo4a and other devices
Originally used this for my ender 3 pro and had octo4a setup on a pixel 2. Got this because I had a USBC splitter and it worked great.

Didn’t charge the USB c device.. not sure if it is meant to do that. Had to return

Maybe it does data, but not power
Bought this to plug my Arduino Nano into my Mac based on the claim that it supported power. It did not work so is on its way back. I order a cable from another manufacturer and that one worked perfectly.

No frills cable
The quality of the cable seems to be OK, but it's not made of high quality materials. It does the job though - connect my cell phone to a FiiO DAC/AMP.
