If you have a much bigger thigh I would suggest a size bigger. Other than that it's a perfect fit for me.Coming from the Caribbean where it is a lot warmer and living in the UK but wanting to be and stay physically fit in this weather; wearing these under my leggings with my skirt to work and for cycling, playing netball both outdoors and indoor; this has kept my knees warm and no longer ache as much.Love it and I am looking to buy another pair soon as well for myself and for my mother. 🔥

Not for adults unless you weigh 7 stones
Supposed to be medium size but even my daughter who is a size 10, cannot get it on. Either wrong labelling or made for children and not adult. Have to pay nearly £4 to return a falsely advertised product. In my opinion even a size xxl won't fit.
