I purchased 1 bracelet for my daughter as a gift before Christmas I had my father try it on as he suffers with arthritis he got great relief from it so I decided to buy 3 more, 1 to replace daughters 1 for myself and 1 for my mother however when my mother opened the box there was no bracelet inside, item is non returnable and can’t see anywhere to contact supplier about it. Bracelet itself is nice and easy to adjust to size and so far it’s helped my fathers arthritis. I just wish I got the one that was a gift to my mother also not just the empty box

Nice neat bracelet fits lovely after I took three links out. The little device for removing links worked fine.

I wear this bracelet all the time as it’s coated it’s doesn’t make your wrist go green. It’s waterproof and you get a tool to take extra links out which is easy to use. I do feel better and my arthritis doesn’t feel as bad. I only have mild pain in my joints which I don’t get now I wear the bracelet.

Seems okay

The bracelet is too big but the splitter isn't designed for the small linked bracelet. It would fit the mens wider linked one okay but reached its limit before it's even put pressure on the link. So I managed to adapt by using the instructions to push the bracelet closer to the pin extractor and it then worked. It now fits.

I bought it as a present to my brother. He liked it very much. I have not heard any negative comments from him since. I have given 4 stars because first I have not used it personally, second I don't know how durable it is, considering I only bought it a few weeks ago.

I have been wearing this bracelet every day since July. No aches. I never take it off and it still looks wonderful. It was easy to size and goes with everything.

Bought these as a gift for my gf’s mom who suffers from sever RA says she feels more balanced and more relaxed. I give you 5* poor lady suffers like a lot of people so thank you for making something that helps and is stylish.

Easy to adjust

Bought this bracelet in August to replace a previous magnetic bracelet that I lost, after a sharp pain returned to the my right hand thumb and pointer finger joints. Have been wearing it for over two months now. The pain subsided a few days after I started wearing this bracelet and only briefly and faintly has returned off and on. I also wear a magnetic ring on the pinky finger of of right hand. With these two pieces of jewelry my hand feels fully functional and pain free. Highly recommend this brand. Has never come unclasped on me and Inwear it day and night, even in the shower and while swimming. Am considering getting a rose gold one now but want to be sure it is made by Ebuty as I am so pleased.

the bracelet seems to work, however, be aware that the tool included to size the bracelet is not user friendly! It bent / broke while trying to size, now my bracelet is too small and i can't all any links back on to it. I wear it, but it is too small and gets uncomfortable.
