Use different Allen wrench
This is my 2nd set I purchased. Got 4 years out of the first set before road debris hit one side then only 3 leds worked on one side. Adds Xtra visibly. Mine are metal casting not plastic as some reviews claim. Wires on the thin side easy to replace with larger gage if you know what your doing. Seems to be a quality product and right sized. I did a few modifications on mine so the wires don't get pinched. Also ran the wire through nice woven covering and under the crash bars. Didn't want to drill holes in the bars to hide the wires. If you have highway pegs it's a give n take on the height if you want the lamps perfectly straight up an down. Gives bike a wider appearance day and night . Adding a safer factor for on coming traffic. For the money it's a good price. Just plan on spending some time of installing and wire running before you install.

Nice addition to bike
This is nice set of high way bar lights. I was not expecting them to be as heavy as they are feeling like that are quality made. They look nice but install was a bit harder having fairing lowers and high way pegs. Not much room to work with to get the screws to set in and having the wiring between the bars and the light housing is a very tight fit. Wish they made the wiring I’m a different place so it can be made to wire from the out side the crash bars where as the wiring is in the middle of the light housing coming straight out as if you were to run the wiring inside the crash bars. I don’t want to be drilling holes in my bars in case I ever take the lights back off. Other than that I’m happy with the purchase.

Junk
They’re beautiful and heavy and appear to be made of quality. And that’s it. They are complete junk. There’s no way to install them because of the substandard hex head bolts that they are held together with. They come with a cheap Allen wrench ( that strips out when you try to use it)) . I tried using a better Allen wrench but that didn’t work either. The junk quality bolts themselves strip out. It’s too bad. The four bolts on each light are totally useless. Do not buy this product!

They are a good alternative to the high priced lookalikes.
There not super bright but do the job . Very durable made of metal not plastic like the others . Easy to install if you know what your doing if not have them installed bc there's no directions at all other then that not a bad choice easily a better choice then tje high priced lookalikes.

Amazing addition, but required modifications
This addition turned out to be better looking than I expected, but much more trouble than necessary. The first issue is that the wires exit into the center of the light, so unless you run them directly into a hole in the bar they are mounted on, there is no way to route them without pinching. Since I did not want to fish wires through the crash bars, I ground away one of the internal ribs next to the wires, added a small exit channel where the two halves come together, and carefully removed the silicone blob where the wires protrude, to make sure they would not be pinched when the two halves were tightened together. When I initially tested them it looked like with power applied to both the white and amber lights only the amber lit up. That turned out to be false, so when they were installed, instead of a white running light and amber turn signal, I had white and slightly whiter (both lights lit). I had initially used two 2-conductor cables for hookup, one for the ground white light wires from both lights, connected to ground and a switched positive line, and a second for the wires to the amber lights, connected to the turn signals. After discovering my oversight, I rewired everything using one 2-conductor cable for each light's white and amber wires, with both negative wires tied to ground. I then added a pair of small SPDT relays, each with the coil connected to ground and a turn signal, the wiper (moving contact) connected to a switched positive line, and the wires from the white light connected to the NC contact and the amber light to the NO contact. This way when the turn signal energizes one of the relays (or both if using 4-way flashers) it cuts power to the white light and redirects it to the amber light.Aside from the issues mentioned, the finished look is AMAZING. The white lights are very visible without being distracting, and since they are mounted further out than the turn signals, make the bike appear larger to oncoming traffic. The effect of the dual turn signals is also very attention-getting. I wired these lights to a switched line that is also active in the 3rd key position, so it adds forward illumination where previously only the tail light was active.

Good looking plastic
The parts look good, but they are made out of chrome plated plastic. The main problem with them is the screws used to put the two half’s together. The Allen wrench sent with the parts are SAE the screws are metrics. When trying to take them apart the heads striped out. Tried drilling the heads and the plastic broke. Had to order another set. Went to metric Allen wrenches and they now work perfect and look good

sturdy and appears to be good quality
I ordered two pair as I have two motorcycles. I am amazed at the feel and quality of these. They are heavy metal and do not seem to hard to install. I will add more once i install them. If they came with red lights and turn signals i would order them for the rear of my bikes.
