It’s not gel. It’s regular rollerball ink. But it writes well!

Does this pen accommodate ink refills?? If so, which ones are recommended??

The only thing you could do is pull one ink cartridge from one pen and put it in another, which is fairly easy if you pull off the base cover.

Do these smear when writing on things like stickers?

Not on stickers that have a matte finish
