Fitryo High Density EVA Foam Roller - Extra Firm - 12" x 6"

I love this foam roller so far! I bought this because I have back problems here lately and I keep having to pop it & I was told to try a foam roller. So here I am giving it a try. Seeing I cannot get to the chiro as much as I need to I was told if I can keep my back stretched the foam roller can help me a tad even though it can't give me the adjustment it can help me keep things open in my back. I am willing to try it out and so far I am loving it. It is just firm enough to not give when I roll over it which is perfect and was what I was hoping for when I was ordering it. I had saw other rollers that said it gave after a few rolls but this one is just right if you are looking for a thick and hard roller. I would highly recommend this roller to anyone looking for a good quality roller.

The roller is excellent. I use it on an almost daily basis to crack by back (align my spine) by rolling my back over it. I sit a lot for work, so this help me to stretch out. The roller's foam is harder than expected, but easily remedied by wearing a thicker sweater when using it on my back if it becomes to uncomfortable.

Love this foam roller! The short size is great for traveling.

Love it! I bought it to take on trips and wound up liking it better than the larger one I have at home which is no longer quite as firm.

great product for post running discomfort. it is a good size and works well. would definitely recommend this roller.

More firm than expected and too short. Would be ok if longer by about 6". This was my first though, so now I know. Still a nice quality product.

It looks like a super sized kids foam block but its pretty nice for stretching your back out.
