Almost didn't buy this turbo because i thought that it didn't come with the turbo gasket since it's not shown in the description pictures but it does come with one, i installed it on my 2004 C12 and been running it about 12 hrs a day 5 days a week for the past 5 months and it's been working great, about 22psi which is normal for the C12. Will update later if it fails but it may be a long time
