The battery doesn't last long. The suction was good.

Bought this vacuum a couple days ago and had to have replacement sent to me due to battery not charging. The replacement was the same. BATTERY DOES NOT CHARGE. Not a good product.

I was pretty disappointed with this. I felt like I was using a car vac to clean my home - the suction was alarmingly poor. I have two other vacuums for comparison, which I had hoped to replace with this one - both are powerful enough to suck the carpeted stair treds off our stairway (which is often frustrating, but they definitely work) - with this vacuum they didnt even budge. I just cant see this being useful for every day use or people with pets. We have just a single long haired cat and it was having difficulty with the hair. I was also disappointed, as the packaging came with a scratch off to win prizes. We "won" an extra battery, but upon submitting the info to claim it, we were greeted by red text telling us not everyone that wins will actually get the proze they win, due to limited quantities...an extra battery would have at least made this a bit more functional, and it took me several attempts going over the same debri to fully clean a room (on the highest power setting mind you) and the battery does not last long. I also never got the attachments affixed to the vacuum pole, as this was never mentioned in the instructions. I see others have done so, but I cant figure it out without breaking it, so they are sitting on our kitchen counter - frustrating. I will update my review if circumstances change.--UPDATE:I've now had this vacuum about a month. I resorted to removing the roller entirely so I could suck up cat hair and leaves that get brought in from outside without clogging it - there is such little space between the roller and its casing that things get sucked up, but never go through the hose, they just stay lodged above the roller. This thing is absolutely frustrating and I haven't heard a darned thing from the manufacturer. If I had a time machine I'd have bought a different brand instead.

I love this vacuum, it’s lightweight and the suction is great. I would recommend buying another battery as a spare, the battery life isn’t that’s good. High suction setting will last about 20mins before it needs to be charged again.

The best features are it is just really convenient to use due to its size, weight and portability, plus it has an easily removable battery so it can be charged out of the vacuum with a second pre-charged spare battery. This allows for much longer use of the vacuum for those times you want to do more spaces/rooms. The vacuum is performing better then expected! The two speeds both appear to have more the enough power for typical house cleaning even with pet hair.It is a good value with a reasonable price and very good performance.

Don’t waste your money , this vacuum cleaner doesn’t not have any suction power .I rave about Amazon as I do every time if I have a problem with anything they always seem to help me get through it and to come to a resolve. But this company is a third-party company and just made it very difficult to correspond or get results . At the end of the day ( weeks) Amazon had my back !! Thank you Amazon.

When I first received this vacuum, about 3 months ago, I loved how lightweight and how powerful it was for an off-brand vacuum. I loved that it was battery operated and I could vacuum most of my house with one full charge. But after awhile, the vacuum started to lose its suction power and began overheating. The vacuum can't suck up small particles like it used to and after 15-20 mins or so, it overheats and automatically shuts off. It's now more frustrating than helpful and I was so happy about this buy at first, and now I wish I had spent a little more money to get a more reliable vacuum.

This vacuum makes light to moderate vacuuming chores a breeze. Purchased for use on short knap carpet, it picks up pebbles the size of a pencil eraser and rock salt...and glitter! It has picked up glitter that the big corded vac has left behind for months! It may not handle big chores but for everything I have used it for, it has performed very well. I purchased an extra battery for longer use but have yet to use it. It is lightweight and makes stairs a breeze!
