I like it, though not as powerful as other brand
I like it, though not as powerful as other brand. No upset tummy or any other gastric disturbances. Great calming effect, I take it about 1 hour before bedtime, and it really works well for me.

Need to watch out for interaction with medications.
I take a medication for blood pressure and taking both the Ash...and BP med lowers the pressure dangerously low.Also my doctor told me not to take any antihistamine for my allergies.I stopped the Ashwagondah for three reasons. The two reasons I mentioned above, plus it doesn’t help when you are around a real irritating person. :/
