We recommend that once familiar with the action you should work towards doing aprox. 120 contraction in each two-minute session - so around one a second. That's quite challenging and remember it is the action of pushing against the resistance of the band that strengthens your muscles. Its more effective to use a band at a strength you find quite hard even if you cannot completely compress the device than to use a band that is so weak you can compress the device quickly and easily!

been through all the bands now been at number 3 a while what next as i find number 3 now to easy think i need something stronger now

Once you are finding a No. 3 Flex-band too easy it is time to progress! Follow the table in the instruction leaflet and combine a No. 3 band with a No. 1, then a No. 3 with a No. 2, ultimately you can use two No. 3 Bands together. Remember, it is the action of pushing against the resistance that helps build your muscles, rather than how far you can push the band. Dont worry if you use a level of resistance where you can only push the device through half its travel. Also, don't forget that the bands weaken with use, so make sure you change the band every week or two to keep up the resistance. I have a small mouth, is this adjustable?

Facial Flex comprises two sliding pieces. At full extension it is 7.5 cm (3″) between mouthpieces and when fully compressed against the resistance of the band it is 5.5cm (2″) . It is the action of compressing it against the resistance that builds the muscles so it doesn't matter if you need to compress it slightly with your fingers to get it in your mouth.

Is this good for making the mouth bigger? I feel I have a round face would it help with that?

If with bigger you mean your lips became a little more plump and firm, yes, you may note something like that. But the size of your mouth will stay the same, it won't become wider or such. As per the round face, it may help a little bit because of the improved condition of the muscles surrounding the mouth. In order to achieve results constancy and time are the most important things.
