You receive one carton of 15 for $36.07. You do not receive a "case."$2.40 for each disc.

Great discs
Love these. They last longer than the cheap ones and sand/grind more evenly and predictably.

The listing states this is for 6 boxes of 15. However you only get one box of 15. Not worth it.

Best abrasives on the market
I had tried many abrasives from countless companies. Norton, Pferd, Diablo, Mirka. They are all pretty great compared to the Chinese knock offs but 3m’s cubitron products seem to outshine the rest. They last an extremely long time and remove material ridiculously fast. They may be somewhat pricey to some but I guarantee they are cheaper in the long run because of how much longer they last and the amount of time they will save you.

I've tested a ton of different roloc discs for work and these blow the doors off of everything else.
