Does this product sharpen scissors that have a serrated side?

The 1st slot does scissors, the 2nd does regular knife edge and the 3rd slot does the serrated. I really like mine, of course it does not sharpen like a professional sharpener would but for home use it is fine. Hope this helps and have a great day.

Where are sharpal products made?

The box holding the one I ordered says they are made in China. Too bad the product description doesn't tell customers that fact.

Can it sharpen pocket knifes and/or Karambit Tactual Knifes?

Pocket knives = yes; I don't know about the other type.

It is a way to change the blades?

From what I can tell they last a very long time. Sometimes it can get clogged with metal shavings from sharpening the knives. Try cleaning it. Maybe after each use clean it I do and haven’t had any problems. I hope this helped you. Good luck
