I am just looking for a link for a shackle that will fit this shackle block.

The pin hole sides are too thick for the orange 68 ton shackle. I had to grind it down on both sides, then prime and paint. The aluminum fouled my grinding wheel.I really wanted the 2 5/8 size for my RAM 3500 receiver, but if I had to do it again, I would avoid it and find another solution.

Looks great but i can't get a 3/4 shackle around it to install its 7/8" pin. Maybe i could hammer it on but then working with it in the field will probably be problematic. Should not be that tight. Hope they will accept my return with some scratches on it. Tried to upload a pic but Amazon would not accept it.

Will not fit 90% of the D Ring shackles out there, I use a soft shackle on it so not an issue for me

The shackle block was delivered today and while it feels nice and solid, the dimensions on the product page are incorrect (product listed as 1.2", in reality >1.4"). This means that many 7/8" shackles will not fit, as none of mine from different manufacturers did.

I have 10 different (standard) 7/8" steel shackles as well as 7/8" AMI Demon D-Ring Shackles and 7/8" Road Armor Identity Shackles. None of which will fit this block.I was so excited about this product when I ordered it only to open the box and find nothing more than an $80 billet paperweight.What a shame.

It was almost perfect. I had mill off about 1/10 of an inch on both sides to fit my ¾” shackle, but beyond that it was perfect.

Simply awesome. Well made. Expensive but you get what you pay for. This thing is pure quality.
