Well designed and sturdy
Substantial construction details were evident upon opening the box. Card with 8 bolts, nuts, and washers was included, along with instructions. Steel sides and spreaders are substantial. My 10, 15, and 20-pound weights fit the side slots perfectly. My 3 and 5-pound plastic coated weights are a skosh too narrow to fit over the support tracks, but the 8-pounder fits. My solution was to put my Amazon Basics plastic frame for the 3, 5, and 8-pound weights on the mat just in front of the new rack. Simple and works fine for both me and my wife. The picture tells the story.

Strong and compact
Perfect for our dumbells. Helps keep them off the floor. Holds everything from the 2lb-25lbs.

Easy to assemble. Bigger weights don’t fit
Easy to assemble and sturdy. If you are storing heavier weights such as 25+ and heavier progressively they don’t stack well together so I don’t recommend this model. But if you are going from like 5-10lbs and up every 5lbs it should be fine

Sturdy when full
Thought it was a little flimsy when I 1st installed the unit but once loaded it settles and feels more sturdy.

Small footprint, big impact
Smaller than I expected but serves its purpose! And I think it looks great. Assembly wasn't difficult either.

wobbles
A little wobbily. Designed for manufactured weights, works better than most for my old style adjustable weights.

Nuts are hard to tighten!?! Are you kidding me?
I’m going to address 90% of the negative reviews on this because it just blows my mind how simple people can be. The stand comes with locking nuts (obviously you don’t want them to come loose over time). Yes, that means it’s harder to tighten completely and the wrench included may be insufficient for the job. But is that really a reason for a negative review- it’s too hard to tighten the nuts!? Spend $5 and get a 1/2” or 13mm socket and setup becomes a breeze.Once built I was able to get my set of 5-40 lb dumbbells on there (I do have some increments missing in my set). Clearance on the sides is tight - my 35s do rest on top of the 40s, which are on the bottom rung. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker. I just move 4 weights instead of just 2.If you know the dimensions of your weights and this rack up front, you will not be in for a surprise. For a small rack it’s perfect. Seems sturdy, even on a carpeted surface.

Not as easy to use
The stand was easy to build and very sturdy, but once you put the weights in it, is difficult to take them in and out without pinching a finger. Useful mostly for low weight dumbbells
