My favorite seasoning. It tastes so good on popcorn, and avocado toast. The ingredients are pretty clean. Great quality and worth the price! Low on salt.

This is my most favorite seasoning. it is great on everything. My most popular recipe for this is on veggies I roast in a metal cake pan. I chop about 2 fist sizes of cabbage, a head of broccoli, half a small cauliflower, and sometimes i add carrots. Toss in EVOO and add a generous amount of vegit. Toss to coat. place in pan and cover tightly with foil. I also sometimes put a layer of thinly sliced russet potatoes on the bottom of the pan under the veg. Bake at 425F until desired doneness. I like to stir it halfway through. Tastes great with just about anything. if you don’t like cabbage, just sub more broccoli and cauliflower.

I was first introduced to using SPIKE Gourmet seasoning on popcorn at a friend's house and it was a big hit! I also use it on most everything else I cook/fix--salads, eggs, veggies! Enjoy!

Honestly, the Spike's Vegit is phenomenal. It's not just a salt substitute, it's a blend of flavor and zest.The amount of flavor it adds to the foods I prepare is second to none.Highly recommend!

For those who are looking for a low salt seasoning with out being spicy, this is it !! Adds awesome flavor without heat, I prefer this over Mrs dash because I can control the amount of spice or heat, great for vegetables as well as poultry and fish.

Spike product is terrific, arrived quickly , and was as advertised. As I opened the package, I noticed a strong smell of the spice. Sure enough, one of the six glass bottles had broken during shipping. It was packed in a 2 by 3 rectangle of bottles covered tightly by a thin layer of bubble-wrap, and enclosed in a paper mailing sack. Probably from being dropped, the glass bottom of one of the corner bottles had cracked off, spilling a third of its contents into the bubble-wrap package. I extracted the glass fragments and salvaged most of the spice. No big loss, but I suggest for future shipping to utilize a much heavier layer of wrapping or place the bottles securely in a cardboard box.
