From prepping black mold removal, bringing old fences back to life, to making driveways look brand new, this is the best product available period. (this removes stains, it doesn’t kill mold, rmr 141 does after using this, so if using for mold get both). It works, no exaggeration, in 15 seconds. There’s a mild odor which leaves in a few hours, and great for interior and exterior (concrete, stucco, wood..anything).

This stuff is what you wish all other products were. This actually works. So well, it does the job itself. Sprayed it and it was gone. It’s cleaning power is unmatched. The smell is like you’d expect, but not insanely overwhelming either. You don’t feel like you are going to instantly die if you are not wearing a mask as you spray it. I have only had this stuff for two days, so far, it is very durable, as in .. once it’s gone, it does not grow back. The packaging is great too. Typical gallon jug, with extra internal cap sealers so even if cap came off, it would not leak in transport. Once you remove that, your only defense to spillage is using the actual cap, which works great. I poured this stuff into a spray bottle. I only had a small issue… but then I decided to clean everything with it…. For fun. Nothing else to do. My house has never been cleaner. In the past I tried all the stuff in stores. It barely does the job, tones of elbow grease (as they say) and it doesn’t completely solve the problem. Then I found this stuff while doom scrolling….. and Amazon had a fair price. I went for it, and here we are today. I help review this product on Amazon reviews as 5 stars.Honesty, if this stuff does not work, you probably need to cut the part of your house out, burn that chunk of your house, and rebuild that area.

This product works pretty good, however it DOES NOT KILL MOLD! It removes the staines.You have to use a different product to actually kill the mold. Also, if you’re a contractor be careful using this on framing, as it is corrosive and if all your nails/other metal component's aren’t galvanized then you could have issues.

This stuff works amazing for removing algae off white vinyl fences, you spray it on and you just see results in seconds. For the more hard to get off ones you may have to apply a second time in a 10 minute span but this RMR is worth every penny. I have also personally used this in a shower also to remove mold and tuff grim. Works like a charm, make sure to wear a respirator and have good ventilation to not breath in this chemical.

This product is magical. I tell you my DIY friends about how it effortlessly cleans stubborn mold stains. Use this product on outdoor pvc railing to make it perfectly clean without any scrubbing. It works on composite decking. I've tried powerwashing the railing and deck with no results, this spray makes all the difference. I've also use this product in my tiled shower as it removes all signs of soup scum, no scrubbing required. If you have any pool swimmies or plastic toys left in a damp environment with mold spots they will disappear but the bleach may also change their color. The fumes after spray are very strong. I recommend wearing a mask even when applying outside. It's not worth injuring your throat, lungs. I've heard others wear gloves. I only wear gloves for bigger jobs. Bottom line. Add this to your set of tools. Every house should have a bottle.

If you need to get rid of the stains from mold.....this is the product you want!!!! Unfortunately I tried a couple other products (total waste of time and money!) Then, after being totally frustrated from lack of results.... I came across a few reviews of RMR-86 Pro.....thought...what the heck...give it a try.Awesome product....works as advertised. PPE is mandatory, especially if working in a crawl space. Bleach smell, but not totally horrible.Buy this stuff, you won't regret it.
