I just don't understand anyone who would give this product a negative review. I saw someone said theirs had black beads inside the big ice roller- yes it does if you read the product description you would have known that. Let's be real, the item cost $11.99 and is prime and I got it the next day. It was exactly what I thought it would be. AWESOME. The cold roll on your face feels amazing. I also someone say it the cold doesn't last long which is not true. I used the big roll for at least 30 minutes in the car on my way to work and it was cold the entire time. True the smaller roll doesn't last cold 30 minutes but what do you expect really for $11.99. It's great, even my 19 year-old boy & husband thought it felt great on the face. I'm about to order a 2nd one to keep at work to use after I workout at lunch...it's going to feel great. Great product, exactly what you'd think and it feels awesome!

Honestly I bought this set for the smaller stainless steel roller. I’ve been having really bad tightness & pain in my jaw that’s lead to headaches and hoped this would help. Last week I had what felt like one huge week-long headache caused by my jaw pain and I now feel like a new person after using the roller each night!!! The size of the smaller roller allows you to get in and massage trouble areas. I swear it’s helped make my under-eye area look better too. I’ve never left a review before but this product and how I feel now warrants my first review :)

I wasn't really sure when I saw this item, but I'd heard good things, and let me tell you, my first impression was super off. I don't know if it's helping my skin, really, but it feels awesome and I like using it when I have a headache, which I have often.

This is excellent. I love that 2 sizes came in the order. The smaller one is great for around the eyes and it stays nice and cold out of the freezer for about 10-20 minutes. The big roller stays cold for a really long time, and it is easy to pop into the holder and pop out for refreezing. The smaller roller does squeak a little, but doesn't bother me at all. Well worth the price paid. Love it.

Life saver. Sits in my freezer. Soothes my eyes in the AM, because with two young girls this mama isnt getting enough sleep. But with this I can fake it! :)

Puffiness beneath the eyes. Cooling down the skin. Using on burns. On injuries. This little gadget is extremely helpful and well worth keeping for emergencies or just to take a little puffiness down.

I’ve order 2 of these now for my girlfriend first one was wet and had mold in the box second one just looked used and there was small black things inside the roller she didn’t feel safe to use it

Oh my, the smell was overwhelming. It was so bad I cant even begin to describe it. The fumes were permeating the box before it was even opened. I cannot imagine anyone using this anywhere near their face or on their body. I would put this in the top 5 worst things I have ever purchased from amazon.

About the bigger part, I really like this item. It's a bit larger than my expectations but it's ok for me.It remains cold for a long time and greatly releives my skin irritation and makes me feel relaxed.I also use it to massage the cellulitis behind my thigh 😀About the smaller part, it's good but it doesn't remain cold for a long time. I use it to massage arond my eyes and eyebrows. It's good.

I suffer from sinus pain and I have sore muscles in my neck and shoulders. I’ve been using the big and small roller on my face and the big one on the knots in my neck and it’s been like heaven. My sinuses have never been better. I can’t wait to use them when it’s hot out. Absolutely fabulous!!
