Great Product... Heavy Duty
Worked perfectly, was easy to attach my own print. Very solid and a great value... Heavy Duty Aluminum... no cheap stuff here

There were no instructions and the top bar does not look secure and I had to tape the banner around the flimsy pool not the nice
We order a decent amount of pullout banners. Several problems with this,1. the size isn't 40" wide has to trim my job down.2. There were no instructions and the top bar does not look secure and I had to tape the banner around the flimsy pool not the nice secure clamp the rest have, taping the banner now makes it shorter which means a hacksaw cut on the pole.3. The banner doesn't wind inside very smoothly, which is probably good for if there was more tension then Im sure it would pull out the top bar.4. Tried to call the manufacturer, left on hold forever then went dead after 40 minutes, called back same problem.

Directions suck
I do Not understand these directions. How does the top actually stay in the top piece that balances on the top of the pole? Just doesn’t make sense.

Not the highest quality. A lot of issues with retraction. For cheap stand it’s okay.

It is always wonderful when a company has good customer service
I bought this product thinking that it was a screen, and it was not. I was able to return the Profession Retractable Roll-up Banner and receive a refund. It is always wonderful when a company has good customer service. I would recommend this item for someone that already has an banner and needed to display it.
