Like the flexibility in sizing with this product. Works well with my small wrist. It is easy to put on and take off by myself. It was much more affordable on Amazon than at medical equipment store for the same product. It has been reducing my carpal tunnel symptoms with nighttime usage.

Best wrist brace out there for sprains…built in aluminum braces on both sides (top and bottom) to completely immobilize your wrist.

This brace was exactly what the doctor gave my daughter 2 years ago for her broken right arm. She was mature enough not to remove it, except for momentary washing when allowed, which was a huge blessing compared to a hard cast. The medical equipment company tried to bill us $70 for this brace 2 years ago. I refused and eventually they settled at a much more reasonable price.Well we just had a second broken arm in the house, left side and similar position, so instead of going through the hassle with the hospital/doctor's "giving" us one and running up the price, we went home after x-rays with a temporary splint and purchased this again for the left arm. It's done it's job well. Now we have one for each side in case of any other mishaps in our home or friends/neighbors. Oh and it saved us around $500 compared to getting a hard cast put on and later removed.This is a quality made product that lasted 24/7 usage by a VERY active 8 year old for 6 weeks. I would highly recommend it!

Consistent quality.

I’ve used this brace and the left one every single night for bilateral carpal tunnel for the past 6 years. Sleeping with it on usually leaves me waking up with minimal wrist pain. It is a very supportive brace with minimal flexibility. If your wrists are extremely small you may find that the braces do not 100% restrict movement no matter how small you make them. Because of how firm these braces are it can be uncomfortable to strain against it for prolonged periods of time, which is why this is strictly a nighttime brace for me. If you tweaked the metal you may be able to alieviate these issues for people with very very tiny wrists.The braces usually last at least a few years before the velcro isn’t quite as strong as it once was. Sleeping with fuzzy blankets does speed up this process. I have had success washing them in the washing machine on a delicate cycle alone as long as I remove the metal first. (They do increase sweating and start to smell after a while like any brace would.)Very rarely I’ll get a brace that either is sharp or becomes sharp, but it’s not too often. They tend to be very well made on average.Overall, I strongly recommend this brace, particularly as a nighttime brace. Of all the braces I have tried over the years for my carpal tunnel, it is easily my favorite.

Hely & Weber is the best brand for a sturdy, well made wrist brace. This is the same brand we have received from doctor’s office visits in the past and have always been pleased with the results. Used for sprains, strains and carpal tunnel in our family.

After using both the left and right braces for about 2 months as I slept, I learned what I was doing wrong when I was sleeping and I also cured my carpal tunnel. It's sitting in a drawer and I hope I never have to have surgery or to wear it again. WHOOPIE!
