Great product
Outstanding product. Well made. Does the job. Make sure you use parchment paper on the bottom if you're making wontons or dumplings.

Super handy!
Well made. I love that I can steam a few things or add trays to stem a lot. Love that I can start veggies in one tray & add fish to another & rice to another (with the mat insert) & have an entire meal-ready to go! Way more healthy way of cooking & doesn't take up a ton of storage space. Highly recommended!

Nice for the price!
This product was used only for making dimsum so far!Quality: This is a sturdy and well made steamer set! Its very authentic. I personally don't like the cotton steamer sheets provided but that's just my personal preference.Size: This size is big! We can cook enough for four easily! There are two layers and its the size of a standard plate.Ease of use: this is where I docked one star but its honestly not a major issue. the top seems to fit the tiniest bit tighter than the bottom. But it works perfectly!

Seems to work best on bow-type dumplings
Bought this along with a couple packages of perforated Joyce Chen steaming paper, and this made steaming frozen dim sum much easier (I had previously been using a metal vegetable steamer). Seems to work best on bow-type dumplings; not so well on greasy dumplings, such as some shumai. The problem there is that the oil escapes from the dumpling, passes through the perforated paper, and soaks into the bamboo basket. Makes cleaning difficult. Now looking for some metal baskets to avoid that problem!

Worth the buy.
Still trying to cook in it right. My first dish was Shrimp Shumia dumplings. Nothing wrong with the steamer. I love it just need to perfect my dumplings. Worth buying

two thumbs up
I use these in my pressure cooker. I even got dough stuck to the sides the first time I used them. I put them in the dishwasher and they came out clean. These are the good quality ones that you can find at Asian markets and much better quality than the ones you find in department stores. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend this brand if you are looking for a steamer that is going to last.

Durable. Quality made. Fast shipping.
Now this is what real flavor of Adian dish comes from! Since I got this I've used it with almost anything. Sorry though I didn't take a photo of my siopao and siomai fast enough! We didn't think of taking pics at all soon as they were cooked. 😊

does not last!
Loved my steamer for 3 months then the wood on one of the baskets started falling apart. For$23.00 it sure did not last very long. I can't figure out who to talk to about this issue.
