The power balance band is a staple of what it means to be an athlete or just someone that values being healthy. The band is a statement it says "I know my worth" i know what it means to be healthy and most of all that I know how to spend money. The band is very stretchy, and very comfortable. I often get compliments like "is that a power balance band, what is it 2004?" or "you know those actually dont work right?" I explain to them that its based on the principle of PEMDAS, the power balance band gives me an upper hand when I am drunk (which is a lot) because it negates the consequences of alcohol. Meaning i can go about my day as drunk as ever feeling fine. I 100% recommend buying this bad boy.

Idk what size I should have gotten. It would come off everytime I removed my gloves or coat. I didn’t feel a difference in performance. It does look cool af on my hand. It does help with balance when you try the balance tests

In a nutshell, it’s just a rubber bracelet that doesn’t do any of what it claims it’s suppose to do. My teen nephew had been wanting one and he’s happy with it (just a fad), hence the 3 stars, but please don’t purchase expecting any type of change. You won’t find it with this.

Just wanted to buy one of these, because they bring back memories even though they don’t work it’s all just placebo effect.

The band works fine however the second day the I side of the band already folded-seems wet or old or very used. Would love a replacement to see if all are sent that way or if the one I received was defective.
