Had some initial difficulty inflating the ball until I figured out 2 things: (1) over-inflate to compensate for the inevitable loss of air when inserting the plug. (2) slightly shorten the stem of the plug with scissors. Otherwise I was able to feel the stem of the plug when I stood on an underinflated ball.Now it's perfect, and become my favorite exercise tool - which says a lot, given how hard it is for me to get around to exercise at home!

This does everything the name-brand product will do and is far less expensive.

Works the same as the name brand version. Only difference is the name brand has an extra plastic bump on each side making it easier to get off when balancing on the flat side with the ball face down. Good quality, easy to maintain.

Nice feature to have the elastic bands, and seems to work well. The diameter of the ball seems to be a little smaller while the roundness of seems to bigger than a Bosu ball so it feels like it takes more to balance on this.

Extremely disappointed. Gave this as a gift. Pump valve did not work. The person I gifted it to returned via gift receipt and was responsible for $43 shipping charges to send it back. Ridiculous for a defective item! Never again will I Buy fromPeach Tree

I purchased this several months ago for a home gym. It never really fully inflated and when it did, it would be losing air by the next morning. I fill it with air before every use, which is annoying. It works great when it does have the air and I can use it that day, but by the time the next day (or two sometimes, let's be honest) - it cannot be used without filling. It is not flat altogether which is why I waited to long to write a review, it's a slow air loss but after MOOOOOONTHS of filling it several times a week I finally decided to share my woes. I would not purchase again, I went with this cheaper version hoping for the best despite some other reviews very similar to my above story, and I wouldn't do that again. It is worth paying a little more for a product you don't have to fill every use. Also, it stinks - STILL! Has a very plastic/rubbery smell.

It may be too early to tell, but I am very pleased. Packaged arrived on time. Came with all pieces. I love the pink! I've always used the Bosu brand, and for the price- this seems like a great competitor! The only major difference I notice is (plus side) the ball comes with resistance bands that attach to the ball. ( negative side) other brands have handles of sorts on the bottom of the trainer.Overall- I am very pleased. I have high hopes for it holding up well! My clients will love it.***UPDATE****The ball is pulling away from the base. I've only used it once. Requesting a refund or exchange.I had high Hope's, but am very disappointed that after one use it is already failing. Hoping to find another that holds up!

The balance ball was as described. Very pleased with the quality. Was pleasantly surprised to find extra 2 extra plugs and a plug remover included. Even though the pump looked a little flimsy, it worked very well and inflating was easy. Very happy with my purchase
