I bought this for my sister’s birthday for her bedroom. I’ve had one for years which I love as it warms my chilly room while adding ambiance. This fireplace is much nicer than my older one for many reasons. The color options for the flames are really quite extraordinary. Very cool. The touch screen is a wonderful improvement over mine, as my remote is losing the readability on the led screen. A bit of a bummer. The touchscreen on this fireplace is a fabulous option. The variations for timing, heating levels & brightness, are incredible. But let me tell you how wonderful this seller is. My sister originally wanted a fireplace on a stand. I misread the options here as this unit is wall mount or in wall installation only; no stand. When I asked about a refund, which would have been a major hassle as we’d already unboxed everything, the seller offered an alternative which turned out great for us. This seller really cares about their customers satisfaction, which is sincerely appreciated. I highly recommend this unit and this seller. Very, very, very happy!

This stove is actually well worth the money. Installation was a snap. We remodeled our living room and this stove was more for aesthetic reasons, but I can day it heats so we'll. I have a toddler obsessed with the colors and flames. He is constantly touching it, but it doesn't get hot enough to burn him (at least not at the heat settings we are using it on). It is so easy to use with either the remote on on the fireplace itself. It heats up very quickly and cools off quickly. It seems to heat more square footage than it reads it will but that could be the layout of the area we put it in. It is a large long living room that flows openly to the breakfast nook, on to the kitchen, and then to the dining room. After the heater blowing for five mins at most we could feel the heat in the dining room. The heat was set to 70 and low blower speed. I am thoroughly impressed for such an affordable, powerful little stove.

Love the way it looks and the controls are very easy to use. I have this placed in my kitchen as it gets very cold in there during the winter time. I used the heating feature the other day and the heat came out very well. Today though, I cannot get the heater to come on. I keep changing the temperature to see if it will come on and nothing. I sure hope it's not broken already as I wouldn't know how to return it!UPDATE: I didn't realize the temperature button doesn't turn it on. You have to go the heater button and select high or, low or the heat blowing is OFF.Also wanted to mention customer service is one on one and wants to be sure customers are satisfied with their products. I KNOW I AM!

After reading several reviews of comparable products I landed on this one due to the high ratings on customer service and the fireplace itself. I am NOT disappointed! We do not have the wall unit ready to place it in yet; but I will add a photo when we do, as it's going to be stunning! Quick service-even during the busy holiday season it arrived before Christmas and was very well packaged for shipping. A small glitch was immediately addressed by DREAMHOUSE and we are enjoying our fireplace immensely! It does everything as promised! It heats well, and the timer is a handy feature for the master bedroom. The remote works like a charm, and makes the fireplace even more user friendly! The flames are indeed realistic (more so than many I have seen at higher price points) the range of different colors are a fun feature, and are definitely elegant looking as promised! It's a calming and relaxing addition to our room, giving a cozy and comfortable feel; exactly what I was wanting-ambiance AND warmth. We could not be happier with this fireplace, a beautiful product that works well, backed by excellent customer service and at a great price point! Do not hesitate to buy this product! I would recommend it to anyone!

I am very satisfied with this product.It showed up sooner than expected, was flawlessly packaged, and delivery to my front door. I was confused when I pack it out at first because there is some foam under the glass and I don't know how to take it out. But it is easy to take the glass off and move the foam away and set the whole stuff after reading the installation manual. It looks so real and the flames are spectacular, particularly stunning at night. I just have a try and it seems good. I will see how it works well during winter.

I can't believe how amazing this looks! Arrived earlier than expected, well boxed and protected during shipping. Installation (wall mount) was way easier than anticipated, I had it up and completed within an hour and I am an average mom with a screwdriver. I love the controls on the heat and color. Perfect !

I love this fireplace. Im at home "stay in place order" from the Mayor of L.A.Im doing a lot of fireplace time and I cant me more thrilled to have this. heater works great.No mess, No wood.

Awesome fireplace for the price. I installed this in a 2x4 depth wall and framed it out with ebony stained 2×6 boards and used wood laminate flooring for the background. The log came cracked from shipping and they quickly remedied the situation. I highly recommend!
