This is the third brand of charcoal I've purchased from Amazon, and they have consistent problems with not staying lit. High quality charcoal should light easily and then burn steadily, and when you're done, result in a nice soft pile of ash. These will spark up and look like they are lit, but they only burn for a very short time and then completely fizzle out. You are left with a solid black piece of charcoal that has barely burned at all. We have tried multiple charcoal tablets in the package and they are all duds.
