This straightener does not work, I contacted company for a refund and it does not work and was told “I’ll give you 20% back as it cost more to ship this back to China then the product” I said I don’t want the product if you don’t want it then send me a refund and I’ll throw it out. They came back with the Chinese address and said I had to pay to ship this back, I haven’t even had this for a week I attempted to use it once and it just didn’t work for my hair as it was poorly described and does not get as warm as it says.This company is the worst company I have had to work with on Amazon. I would never recommend this or this company to anyone. We will see how this battle still works as I have never had this issue ever with a company on Amazon! The product even said when I bought it that it was returnable.

Esta plancha la compré para mi. Funciona mejor con el pelo un poco húmedo. Es práctica. Puedes controlar la temperatura a tu gusto. No me gusto como quedaba el pelo cuando lo planchaba en seco.

I haven’t use the product yet, because the package and instructions came in Chinese. I need to have the instructions in English. But I like the product.

It was amazing and seemed to do its work,but after a week or two it started to turn off by itself and doesn't heat up anymore.

First of all, took almost a month to actually get the product, longer then it was supposed to take. Then when it came the packaging was crap, just the flat iron slid into a box that didn't look like it belonged to the flat iron at all. I can get past all of that but what really got me was it is NOT a steam flat iron at all. There was absolutely no way for it to produce steam. If you are looking for a STEAM flat iron, this aint it. Requested a return and the seller was reluctant. Attempted to only refund 30% first then 40% until, after me having to reiterate that the product was not what was advertised, refunded the order in full. Save yourself the trouble and time and look elsewhere.
