These are perfect for my boosted board. Sometimes I like to ride at night, and I was worried drivers wouldn't see me. Now I got these after waiting for them to get in stock and I'm super stoked to try them out on the roads! These are a lot brighter than I thought, and I don't regret getting them in red like I originally thought I would (since you'd think red wouldn't be noticeable at night!) but as you can see, these puppies illuminate my whole door and this isn't as dark as it can get.The process of putting them on was simple, just make sure you stick on the adhesive gel first, for 10 full seconds as indicated. I pressed pretty hard, so I'm hoping these don't have any issues falling off. Hope this helps anyone else wanting to purchase these! Red is actually very bright, so keep all the colors as potential options!Stay safe ✌🏼️

Installing them took me less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you know where exactly you want your lights before applying the square gel! It's some sticky stuff! Before I had this product I would need to turn on my phone flashlight while I was longboarding around a lake that had no street lights to signal the bikers or pedestrians that I was around in the dark. With these lights my phone now stays put in my backpack. I get a lot of comments and woahs here and there as I ride through the night back to my car. Overall great investment for the price! Whenever I'm done I just turn the light and they're turned off until the next use! I took several photos throughout my session to show off my lime green lights which are super bright! 😎

Right out of the package one of the lights was chipped on the edge (just amazon maybe? The box was also kinda beat up) and didn't seem to turn on until I screwed the cap on really tightly. I expected there to be a switch or something but the way you turn it on it by screwing the battery to the light and it's kinda weird. One of the lights is easy and loosely turns on, other two medium, and the chipped one I have to tighten it super hard to get it to work. The lights are pretty good, a little dim but I guess that I set my expectations too high. Also every time you run over the slightest bump, it resets the color back to red (I'm using the multi-colored ones, which automatically turn on to red every time, and slowly fade into the next color after a couple seconds). It's kinda annoying because I have so many small bumps around where I live and therefore it's projecting red like half the time as all the other colors. Overall I give 3/5 because they still do what they said they would do and I like them, just not on the quality I was expecting.

Would be cool if they didn't keep falling off. I cleaned the surface of my board with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, and then applied these lights.I've bought 3 packs of these already (the other from my family's amazon account). So far going from 12 I am back to 4.The main issue with these dangerous (if they fall off) cheaply made lights is that come off because the twist function gets stuck therefore you loosen the adhesive when trying to turn it off.There are 2 solutions:A. Make the lights activated by a buttonB. Grease the spin portion of the lights so it doesn't become difficult to twist

Awesome idea! The sticky pads could n should be a lot thicker so the entire back side of the lights is touching it. I'm worrying they'll come lose a lot sooner than expected n fall off when I hit a hard bump. But they seem to be solidified under the board for now. But I think they're worth it cause they're so cool looking, especially the black lights n the pack that changes colors. Decided to switch to the red lights to be more visible at night n man does it look awesome. The red, green, n white are the brightest if ur looking to be visible at night.

This product is advertised as an underglow solution for skateboards (and other similar equipment) to be placed under the board facing downward. I decided to use it differently with my Meepo board v1.5 (electric long board) -- I placed the lights on the battery housing so they would face diagonally backwards to be used as tail lights. The lights work as advertised, but I also ran into a few issues. Firstly, there is no good "off" solution -- to turn the LED off, the whole housing is loosened. With the constant vibration while riding, the loose housing ends up falling off. Secondly, one of the threads of the housing was defective, making it too hard to untwist to the "off" position. This caused the adhesive to twist off with the housing. I ended up pulling the housing loose with a pair of plyers. Overall the product works as it should and I am generally happy with how the lights look on my board. The issues are minor and are manageable, but leaves me desiring a better product, even if it means dishing out a little more money.

I sadly did not have a great experience with this product and it was a waste of $20. I was boarding the first day with them when they all broke. So essentially, with the twist top style, you twist them tighter to enable the light. The issue is that for them to be assembled completely on the board but not lit up, they have to be ever so lightly screwed on, almost not completely. I did my best and gave it a try but within a few minutes I had noticed the vibrations had undone the tops and all 4 had fallen off at some point or broken when running over the pieces because the tops had fallen off.I learned like 10 things in hindsight, but sadly, hindsight doesn’t help replace these without spending another $20. I love the idea of them. I wish I could give it another shot but I don’t have money to replace them right now.Overall, the quality of these lights, and as displayed in not even one full ride, the manufacture quality of these lights are extremely cheap, almost as if I had gotten them from the wish app. I really wanted to love them. Such a bummer.
