I like the overall rectangular shape because it creates two temperature zones that allow for charring a steak, and ribs. I char and sear on the fire side then move the meat to the cooler zone. This allows for both long term cooking for ribs and a shorter time for perfectly cooked thick steaks. Get Aaron Kaufman's book on "steak" cooking for good guidance. I used the two half approach to cooking while using a pecan log the narrow width of the grill to retain the charcoal and add just the right amount of smoke to create some wonderful meat. Get the thermometer!

Wanted a simple charcoal grill that wouldn’t rust out after a year or two. The design on this is solid, the cast aluminum is durable and the venting makes it easy to adjust heat. I like to make a batch of mixed veggies or potatoes and onions in a tin foil pouch - that sits at the back roasting away - the steaks go on later. Plenty of room. Looking foreword to never having to buy another grill!

I have wanted one of these grills for many years. Finally wore out my old grill that I could buy it for myself as a Father’s Day gift. However I am also missing the handle, cover and the manual to boot. Maybe more. Not sure what was supposed to come. Going to make a handle so I can grill on Father’s Day but would really like the original equipment. Can y’all make it happen?I contacted PKGrills. They were very helpful and got me the missing parts right away! I even got a hat to boot. Happy customer thanks to PKGrills!

A great grill. I have the 360 for my backyard. I decided to get this one because I wanted something portable for an upcoming trip to the river. I did a test run on it today and it is an outstanding grill.

I'm missing 5 rivet nuts. I need 4 to attach the stand mid section and one was missing on the rubber foot of the stand.

The first issue I encountered was with the metal grate. The tack weld on one of the metal rods had come loose during shipment. It would not been a big deal, but it was the rod used to lift the grate to access the charcoal. I just had my son tack weld it back in place. The second issue I've had involves the lid hinge. At first I had a challenge lifting the lid. Recently I can't get the lid to shut. The aluminum tab gets stuck in the groove that it's supposed to rotate. I had to put my foot on the bottom portion of the grill and yank the lid out of the groove. Obviously not a safe situation. I have noticed a lot of wear already on the tab. As for the positives, I really like the way the grill cooks food. Slow, but thorough and controllable. I just noticed the deadline to return the grill was last week while we were on vacation. Until the manufacturer changes the lid hinge design, I would not recommend purchasing this grill because it's a significant safety risk.

Did not come with handle or the screws and cover to plug hole location of old handle holes.

This is a great grill that will last a lifetime. Made in Arkansas and has outstanding customer service. I had a weld issue on the retainer bracket and it was replaced no questions asked! Awesome product.
