Smart Scent Air Machine Pro for Home, HVAC Scent Diffuser for Essential Oils 850ML, Waterless Aromatherapy Diffuser Cover Up to 4500 Sq.Ft

This is my second purchase, and I am very happy with the scent machine. I bought the first machine in December, and it has worked reliably and made the area smell great. If I remember correctly, the description said the scent would fill up to 4000 sq feet. That estimate is not accurate for my home, but it does provide approximately 1500 sq feet of my two-story home. My house is approximately 3300 sq feet and that is why I purchased a second machine. The app is typical of a product like this, but it works reliably. If the machine continues to work, I would be extremely satisfied for the price.

Just to clarify, this review is for the large version of the diffuser product. I just left the UPS store because I returned it . The product states that it covers 4500 ft.². Please note that many of the positive reviews on the product site are for very small inexpensive diffusers, and not for the large costly diffuser. They clump them together review-wise however the large version is a couple hundred dollars so it’s very different. My wife and I were excited to purchase this product and when it arrived we connected it to our HVAC system following the directions. Set up was easy. We have two floors in our house totaling 6900sq ft and we connected it to the 2000 square-foot floor HVAC only because we assumed that if it was designed to cover 4500 ft.² that it would work incredibly well at 2000 ft.² Unfortunately, within two days the LED screen broke. And was illegible. We were still able to change settings using the app which connects to the unit via Bluetooth. But This was really frustrating. I would’ve hoped that it would’ve worked for a long time . There are reviews stating that this has happened to others as well. Please note them. The second issue is that the diffuser only puts out scent at a certain flow rate. The diffuser can be adjusted by changing how long the diffuser stays on, and how frequently it emits the scent but the flow rate is constant. So if you are pushing air through your furnace consistently. You are only getting a very dilute concentration of the oil and we could barely smell the scent in the closest rooms and we definitely could not smell it in the distant rooms. Remember, this was a 2000 square-foot area . You see Just because the machine is bigger and comes with a larger price tag, All that means is it has a larger reservoir bottle. it does not push the oil through the machine at a faster flow rate. So, the amount of fragrance you get through all vents throughout the system is going to be very minimal. Overall this machine doesn’t really work well and the machine is very poor quality, it was quite a disappointing purchase. And I absolutely could not recommend it. And, if you are thinking that you were going to use it to connect it to your HVAC and make your house smell like a hotel all the time like we did, you will be very disappointed. Look elsewhere. I hope this review leads you to a better product .

I have owned many different oil diffusers over the years, and this is by far my favorite. Most other electric oil diffusers use a water element and work by combining the scented oils with the water and then diffusing it out into the air in a fine mist. The problem with that is that you have to keep them where that mist doesn't damage surrounding furniture, walls, etc. And they have to constantly be refilled. This diffuser does not use water to diffuse the oil into the air. You simply fill the oil reservoir on the inside of the unit, plug it in, and it dispenses the oil into the air without any residue or spray.Upon getting the diffuser, and finding an oil that I wanted to use (I used a scented oil that is also used in a large hotel chain), I plugged it in in the corner of my living room. I have a large living room that has vaulted 2 story ceilings, and is central to the whole house (with stairs going up to the second level, as well as a few stairs going down to a split level). I synced it with my phone's bluetooth and navigated the app download. (The app is a little confusing at first and I had to study the instructions to figure it out, but is easy to use now.) The diffuser makes a humming noise when it is activating the spray, and then is silent the rest of the time.After plugging it in I could smell the scent right away in the immediate area. After about two days I can now smell the scent diffused throughout my whole house. It is is not overpowering, and I had people over one evening who commented on the pleasant smell in my house. It doesn't bother my Mother or my kids, who sometimes have a sensitivity to air fresheners.Overall I am very impressed and happy with this purchase. It was a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend it. I am also considering putting one at my place of business because I think it would make our showroom smell very fresh and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it. Just make sure you purchase oil as well separately, as this unit does not include oil.
