It's a rubish!
The media could not be loaded. The lid comes off easily! You can't use it with water! This is rubish!

Good filtration but...
It has a good filtration system and does make the water taste better. However I'm only able to fill the top of the jug once which only fills the jug to the bottom of where the water comes out of the filter which isn't very much water, unlike the picture which seems like the jug is filled higher. If I do leave water in ready to be filtered as well.as filtered water the water that isn't filtered leaks through the top hole when I pour the jug. I'm unsure whether mine is faulty but unhappy with it overall especially as its one of the most expensive on the market if not the most.
