Novogratz by Momeni Villa Cavallo Indoor Rug, 3'11" X 5'7", Charcoal

It’s a nice rug but the product title is misleading, it is exclusively an outdoor rug, not at all an indoor rug.

This review is for a Villa Cavallo indoor rug by Momeni. This is a very nice looking rug made of polypropylene, and it has a simple but classy geometric design. It is flat woven with very good quality. I could not find any loose strings or defects. The measured size was as the listing describes – 5’3” x 7’6”. It’s a very durable rug with finished edges, and perfect for high traffic areas. It would look great in an office, studio, basement, workshop, sunroom, etc. After being unrolled upon receipt, it layed flat pretty well and after one day was totally flat. A computer desk chair rolls over it very easy. This is a really great rug, especially for the price. I wanted something easy to clean (this is an indoor/outdoor) for under my dining room table. The material is heavy, with reinforced edges. The grey compliments my yellow & grey dining chairs, and it's contemporary without being too modern for my taste.The texture isn't super soft because it's so tightly woven, but it's good for high-traffic areas, or areas (in my case) where people aren't hanging out barefoot. I wouldn't put it in my bedroom, but it's great here.The rug didn't have any chemical smell when new, and it hasn't curled up on the corners at all. It laid flat from day one. It's easy to vacuum and spot clean when it gets food dropped on it. It's made in Turkey.I'm very happy with this addition to my dining room, and highly recommend it if you're looking for a rug that will stand up to some abuse.

This "Novogratz by Momeni VILLAVI-07CHR5376 Villa Cavallo Indoor Rug" is actually an indoor/outdoor rug. With the heavy/durable yarn and tight weave it is suitable to be used outside on a patio or indoors in a heavy traffic zone. The tight weave makes it easier to clean that a more plush rug or carpet, but it is also less comfortable under bare feet. It's more utilitarian than luxury, but still very nice looking.

This rug has a rich black color to it and it is really well made. Unlike other rugs I've purchased this one looks just like the provided photo. I like that it is soft to walk on but not too plush.
